The 4th edition of Singapore International Cyber Week 2019 (SICW) – the region’s most established cybersecurity event – is poised once again to be the ideal marketplace to discuss, network, strategise and form partnerships in the cybersecurity space. Bringing together prominent global policy makers, thought leaders and industry experts, the event is the choice platform to advance knowledge exchanges on key cybersecurity issues and solutions. It is a week where governments, industry, and academia converge, bringing together elements such as international law, cyber norms of behaviour, capacity building efforts that make up a secure, trusted and resilient cyberspace.

Taking place from 1st to 3rd October 2019, the theme for SICW 2019 is “Partnerships for Trust and Confidence”. It emphasizes the importance of close collaborations among governments, industry and various stakeholders to ensure a trusted and secure cyberspace which will be an enabler for economic growth.

Events under the SICW umbrella include the ASEAN Ministerial Conference on Cybersecurity (AMCC), GovernmentWare (GovWare) exhibition and conference, ASEAN Cybercrime Prosecutors’ Roundtable Meeting, SICW Cybersecurity Lecture, and the International Common Criteria Conference. GovWare, the cornerstone event of SICW, is in its 28th edition and will feature the latest in technology, organisational implementation and user perspectives. GovWare will welcome 150 exhibitors and sponsors, as well as 100 speakers.
