DT Asia was proud to participate in the Operational Technology Cybersecurity Expert Panel (OTCEP) 2026, held from 22–23 July 2026 at the Resorts World Convention Centre alongside SSH Communications Security. The event brought together leading Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity professionals, industry experts, and Critical Information Infrastructure (CII) operators to address the growing challenges of protecting industrial environments against increasingly sophisticated cyber threats.

Strengthening OT Cybersecurity for Critical Infrastructure
Centered around the theme “Defending Against Advanced OT Cyber Attacks,” OTCEP 2026 provided an invaluable platform for cybersecurity professionals to exchange knowledge, discuss emerging attack techniques, and explore practical strategies for enhancing cyber resilience across critical infrastructure sectors.
As digital transformation continues to reshape industrial operations, organizations face increasing pressure to secure OT environments without disrupting operational continuity. The conference highlighted the importance of adopting modern security practices that protect critical systems while supporting business operations.
Meaningful Conversations with Energy and Water Utility Operators
Throughout the event, the DT Asia team had the opportunity to engage with operators from the energy and water utilities sectors, discussing the unique cybersecurity challenges they face in securing Operational Technology environments.
Key discussion topics included:
- Securing privileged access to critical OT systems
- Implementing secure remote access for operational teams and third-party vendors
- Building cyber resilience against evolving threats
- Meeting regulatory compliance requirements
- Modernizing OT access management while ensuring uninterrupted operations
These conversations reinforced the growing need for organizations to implement robust privileged access management (PAM) solutions that balance security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Driving Collaboration for a More Secure Future
OTCEP 2026 demonstrated the value of collaboration between technology providers, cybersecurity experts, and infrastructure operators in addressing today’s complex OT security landscape.
DT Asia extends its sincere appreciation to everyone who visited our sessions and shared their insights during the event. The meaningful discussions and exchange of experiences continue to strengthen our commitment to helping organizations protect their critical infrastructure through secure access management and resilient cybersecurity strategies.
We look forward to building on these new connections and continuing to work with industry partners to advance the cybersecurity posture of critical infrastructure across the region.
